Four people were injured as a reactor at a pharmaceutical organization exploded in the extremely early times on Monday, July 27 at Balanagar, Hyderabad.
As per reports, the reactor blast in Verupaksha pharma organization (IDA) in Gandhinagar region of Balanagar. All the harmed were on the job at the organization when the incident happened.
They were moved to an emergency clinic and are undergoing treatment. The 1st floor of Verupaksha organization has been totally damaged because of the blast.
Sources said that high pressure is likely the reason behind the blast of the reactor. Local residents immediately called the fire service department who rushed to the spot and doused the fire.
Reports said that the company is believed to have suffered huge losses as most of the machineries in the company were damaged due to the explosion. However, the full damage is yet to be assessed.Police have documented a case and test is in progress.
