Rana Daggubati pinned a lot of hopes on his solo film Nene Raju Nene Mantri. The theatrical trailer of the film opened to a positive response and the makers are busy with the post-production activities now. Kajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa are the heroines in the film and the film is directed by Teja. Rana Daggubati did not sign any new film after this and he is going through a lot of scripts.
Apparently, Suresh Babu wanted Rana to act in the direction of a star director and the discussions are going on to set a project in the combination of Vinayak and Rana Daggubati. Vinayak whose last film is Khaidi No 150 planned a film with Sai Dharam Tej but the things are not working as expected and he is eyeing to team up with a hero who has got more market range than Sai Dharam Tej.
A formal confirmation on the same is expected to be out soon.
