Nandamuri Balakrishna completed 99 films in his career and he has been entertaining the Tollywood audience from the past three decades as an actor. He has been giving tough competition for the young and upcoming actors in Tollywood. His last outing Dictator released during Sankranthi early this year and the movie ended up as a decent entertainer. Talented director Sriwass directed the movie and Anjali, Sonal Chauhan played the female leads. Eros International produced the movie along with Vedashwa Cinemas banner.
Balakrishna signed his 100th film in the direction of Krish and the movie is currently under shoot. The first schedule of the film has been wrapped up entirely in Morocco where some stylish action episodes are being shot. Shriya Saran has been finalized to play the female lead and the second schedule took place in Hyderabad in a newly erected set. Now the makers have moved abroad for the next schedule which will take place there for over a month. Krish has been taking special care on the film as it marks the 100th film of the actor. The movie has been titled as GautamiputraSatakarni and is the lifestory of the greatest warrior Gautamiputra Satakarni.
Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music for the film and the songs have already been recorded. Balakrishna and his team will return back to the country in August and will shoot in the outskirts of Hyderabad for the rest of the film. Rajeev Reddy and Saibaba Jagarlamudiis producing Gautamiputra Satakarni on First Frame Entertainments banner. Gautamiputra Satakarni will complete all the formalities and will hit the screens during Sankranthi next year. Balakrishna pinned huge hopes on the movie and the actor will be seen in a completely new look.
