YSR Congress Party leader and MLA from ST reserved Paderu Assembly Constituency Giddi Eswari quit the party and joined ruling TDP in the presence of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati.
She was unhappy for promoting her rival in YSR Congress in Paderu Assembly Constituency. The party proposed Ravi Babu as party incharge and also hinted the incumbent MLA may not get party ticket.
Eswari maintained that she has been loyal to YS Jagan but the party did not recognize her service and promoting other group. She also clarified that she never abused Chandrababu. She targeted government only to protect the interests of Tribals in mineral rich agency areas in the North Telangana districts.
